As with any small boat, there is the potential for swamping, which means safety is paramount. Even though our unique hull design is one of the safest on the market, you can never be too safe. The gunnels have an integral buoyancy pontoon around the top of the hull, providing approx. 180l of buoyancy each side plus there are sealed buoyancy chambers underfloor. This significant amount of reserve buoyancy helps prevent the boat from rolling and provides substantial stability for fishing or hauling in catch from anywhere on the boat.
